Voicemail

I turned off call divert as calls were going to voicemail too fast.. now I can't turn voicemail back on.. can anyone advise please?

@Camanda Hi, maybe you should check with your phone company for the Voicemail number and enter it manually in the Phone app settings.

Hi when I go on settings the number is there but if I leave phone ring out there's no option to leave voicemail

@Camanda You can try to clear the cache and data of the Phone app. Access Settings/Applications and look for the Phone app. In Storage, clear the cache and if necessary Data.Comment us.Greetings.
