Voicemail Notifications

Hi, I'm not getting notifications of voicemails left on my phone. Can't find this in settings, some areas of my Phone or Call settings are greyed out, just keep getting the same screen. Can anyone help?

The Voicemail settings are in the Phone app > Settings > Voicemail.

Is the Voicemail option disabled for you?

I'm suddenly having the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G. No notification of voicemails. In the phone app > settings > voicemail > notifications - allow notifications is on but is greyed out.
