@Britboy1950: The conferencing apps mentioned above are great options, but as per your issue with voice calls I recommend opening the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Supplementary Services > Call Barring > Video Calls > Outgoing Calls, and ensure that all options here are toggled off.
