Update A72 Android14 One UI 6.0

Samsung Android 14 was announced december  was 'the month' for the A72 update. Very disapointing not getting it. The phone was on the list for update and now it seems there will be NO update!!!! 

What is going on? Is there somebody who has info on this? Thanks and Happy NY!

For the Netherlands (and i believe other countries as well), samsung releases the month in which each device will get updated. The month for the A72 was last december.

Samsung did confirm it , I was contacting the technical support and I checked the schedule for A72 update, it was December 2023 , but today is 27 January and still no sign of the update!! Last security patch update was September 2023 , but more interesting thing is A52 (brother of A72) is running the December patch , then why not on the A72????????

I'm not questioning your info or your integrity here so adding a screenshot won't help.

Samsung as a company do not share update info until the day or is released.

What Samsung Customer Service tell customers? They are a law unto themselves.
