Or I'd you have forgotten your lock password turn off the phone and hold down the power button and volume up hold both until the Samsung logo appears then let go that will open the hard reset option use the volume up and down buttons to select witch option you wish then power button to confirm PLEASE NOTE THIS METHOD IS FOR PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE IN USING THIS FEATURE the option you want to select is factory reset device.
