To be clear, without the password to your Samsung account, nor email or phone number- you cannot get your data back. You may be able to contact Samsung and go through security checks, but I doubt it.
You could try contacting google for the emails connected to samsung account and send a reset link to that. Do this by contacting google/outlook etc support, they'll go through security questions- if you can prove who you are then they'll send a reset link of some sorts to login- then login- send password reset from samsung phone- login
You may be able to factory reset your phone and have it like new.
1. Turn off your phone.
2. Connect your phone to a computer.
3. Press and hold the Volume up button and the Power button simultaneously.
4. Select Wipe data/factory reset using the volume buttons.
5. Press the Power button to confirm.
6. Use the volume buttons to select Factory reset.
7. Use the volume buttons to select Yes to confirm.
8. Use the Power button to select Reboot system now.
Hopefully, when you log in, it will not ask for your Google account; however, in some cases, it will. If it does, you will have to contact Google support.
