Unable to turn on my A23 wifi and Bluetooth after updating software

Yhe WIFI turn gray when press on it to connect WIFI , and it keep saying turning on , and no WIFI network appear 

i tried every thing to solve that : restarting the phone, refresh wifi setting , reset all things , try safe mode , clear cache partition, done trouble shooting.

Still NO fix ,

Can someone help me please

Use the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything. 

You can also send feedback via your Samsung Members App to see if Samsung can help you directly. 

Samsung Customer Support can typically take access of your phone remotely to check the settings. 

Also try Safe Mode  >

• Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode. 

A Samsung Service Centre  / Samsung Experience Store maybe able to help too. 

A last resort that you can try is a back up and factory reset.

Thank you for your kind help. However, all this has been done still no hope. I have gone through the diagnostic tool, and it highlighted the Bluetooth as "problem." Then I was asked to turn on wifi to run the test, but this refused to turn on. I have also tried the safe mode. I am scared of factory reset because I wouldn't want to put myself at the stress of reconnecting my international bank details.

Same issue as my s22 must be a software issue with the latest update. Hopefully they will fix it soon
