Hi, I've got an A14 and I've been able to transfer photos from it to my PC until today. Now, when I connect it to the computer using the USB it starts charging instead of showing me the photos to transfer as before. Can anyone help please?
Also if you have different cable not the one who came with the phone you could try that as well as some cables is only for charging and not for transferring media, if the cable in the box was usb c to usb c try and find cable who is usb c to usb a
