Recently I've been locked out of my existing sky/yahoo email. It doesn't accept my password (tried several - but I've never changed it) says something about logging in and using a web app password?
Problem is I'm unable to access my email or log in. I'm using an A71 phone.android version 10. It says update my app but this has been done/checked and last update was in Dec.
Can anyone help? Help lines are constantly 45 min wait.

if you've been locked out of your email and can't use/remember the correct password, you may need to reset your email password first and start from there. hopefully you've got a password recovery setup..

go to my sky and login you can check your mail from there or reset password. on phone delete mail then add new email selecting yahoo mail. happened to me before
