Ui7 update problem verifying

Can somebody help? Phone went to update to ui7, but doesnt pass 99% verifying the update. Dont know what to do now, it is on it for 12 hours now. Thanks!

Hi @Members_XBEAL0b. I suggest trying to update the software using our Smart Switch app. You'd need a PC for this and your USB data cable. You can install the Smart Switch app from here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/apps/smart-switch/

After the app has been downloaded, plug your phone into the PC and open Smart Switch. Once your phone has been detected on the app, it will notify you if there are any pending updates.

Try what in safe mode...? I've been stuck on this for over a month. I go to Safe Mode & is still stuck. I'm on 100% downloaded & 100% verifying.
