Hi all,

Recently had issues with the new update on my A54. Software corrupted on install so my phone would not reboot. It stayed on a black screen with the Samsung Galaxy logo.

Had to get Samsung repair technician out, he said it could one of two issues:

1. Software file corruption 
2. Issue with motherboard

Luckily, my software had just corrupted so he re-installed the software and now working all fine.

He said the new update has corruption issues so best for other users to wait a few months to install the software as new patches will sort the issues that so many people have been experiencing.

Working fine on my A54. And on a M53. And an A52s.

It's strange. My phone ran out of battery. After fully charging it and turning it on in the morning, the phone would restart itself after 1.5 mins. This happened no matter what I did. Even on airplane mode.
After about 25 mins of it constantly restarting a message popped up on a white screen explaining there is an issue with the software. However after this message it never reset again.
Well, today I turned my phone off and on again to boost its awful ee 5g reception briefly (life hack, it works alot) and the phone started it's resetting it's self allover again for 25 mins until another message popped up.
Conclusion. This issue only happens (so far) if the phone is turned off, or battery dies.
It is annoying and I rely on this for work. I need a working phone.
