In a Samsung phone's settings under display there is the Touch Sensitivity option, however I believe that's the limit of what an owner can adjust.
Other issues might be a screen protector that has been fitted which is causing touch misses on the phone @a05sUser
May I ask what if any issues have you been experiencing 🤔
