Thermal guardian

I posted a couple of days ago about my a54 5g getting too hot,well I did what samsung support suggested ,even done a factory reset etc...I downloaded the thermal guardian and as you can see it's still getting too warm for my liking,it also came up with ambient temperature, suggesting its in a hot space ,when I was using it in my room at work with no heating on etc,this issue only started last week,I've not had it with past samsung phones ? I've posted 2 pictures, just to see if I've set thermal guardian correctly.

Can you expand the High CPU Usage section and tell us which apps or processes are in the list.

Another thing with thermal gaurdian it raises the thermal by 2 in temperature

It keeps saying environment as well,when it's not anywhere hot ?

Did you manage to get to Tesco and let them have a look?

Sadly not,as my husband was taken poorly
