Although I've got delivery report ON. I don't get a report when a text message is delivered... ALSO in the Individual text  messages when I view the message info it just always says SENT.

Can you advise how to amend this

The other person needs to enable messages status to be enabled on their end.

What country are you in? If it's an SMS (not android chat) then some network operators will only send reports if you start the message with *0#

Some networks do not allow reports ... voxi / vodafone seems to work ok i had this few years sgo
