Text message reactions!

Hi all  

I've recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy A55 which I love! I just wondered if anyone knew if it was possible to enable reactions to text messages I.e. with an emoji. I used to be able to do this with my old device but it isn't appearing on my new one! I've googled & YouTubed and it is saying to enable RCS which I have, but still nothing. I've tried holding down the text message and waiting for the emoji pop up but nothing. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks

Hi @Laura_d11  The emojis should be acccessible whether using Samsung or Google Messages.  You may need to check your KeyBoard Settings.  Go to Settings - General Management- Keyboard Settings and ensure  the  Keyboard Toolbar is turned on

I've tried both the samsung messages and the normal one

Yeah I can see my emojis, it's just not being able to react to messages anymore which I used to be able too.

Oh right, can you switch RCS off and on and reboot to see if that makes a difference. Could also reset the Network connections.
