System App Crash on Samsung A55 5G

Hlo Team, I don't know how but the system ui is crash on my samsung A55 5g device and I also face performance degrade after the new october update, I know samsung is know for quality but please try to push one new update and fix this issue as soon as possible because the device performance is going laggy because of software glitch.

Hello @SinghA55 👋 

Try hooking upto Samsung SmartSwitch via a Computer to see if the update clears that way. 

As @Ferenc75 mentions 👍there is an option to clear the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section. 

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's } 

Please also ensure there js ample storage space on your phone. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone and or Samsung Customer Services maybe able to access your phone remotely to assist.
