Try hooking upto Samsung SmartSwitch via a Computer to see if the update clears that way.
As @Ferenc75 mentions 👍there is an option to clear the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section.
Please also ensure there js ample storage space on your phone.
A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone and or Samsung Customer Services maybe able to access your phone remotely to assist.
