Can someone tell me what's going on with that phone and if it is possible to fix it? It just keeps rebooting but never actually boots up(you can see in the video). Thanks in advance

Hi @romanovycholeh   Have you tried much Troubleshooting?

Does a Soft Reset  make any difference,  hold the Power and Volume Down Buttons simultaneously for around 10 seconds until the Device Reboots. This clears the memory.

Are you able to get into Recovery Mode to clear cache partition or Factory Reset. To Wipe cache  partition:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

can also Factory Reset via Recovery Mode(would lose any Data not backed up), therefore try wiping cache partitition (which deletes temporary cache files)  initially if you can enter Recovery Mode.

This device though has been out of support for 18 months.

I have tried these methods, and I can't enter Recovery Mode. I have been attempting to hold both combinations (Power and Volume Down/Power and Volume Up), but it doesn't work. I will attach videos of me trying that in the next replies. And I can't even turn it off, which is stated in step 1

So, this is my sister's phone, and she has told me that recently it got its battery replaced. I just wanted to state it, if this would help in any way
