Spotify makes my phone restart / Samsung Galaxy S21s

When i listen To spotify nothing happens and it works perfectly but as soon as I plug my earphones in and try to start a song my phone immediately restarts, I don't know why and I need help.

(My Spotify worked with earphones the day before)

Sorry to hear that - couple of things you can try-
1 - go to the play store - 3 lines at top left corner - my apps - updates
see if the app needs a update.

2 - go to settings - apps - Spotify- storage - clear cache and date
Resign in to Spotify and try it again.

3- settings - software update - install updates.
This will check for any One UI updates, some times this can cause a problem with how the apps run if the OS is not up to date.

I followed all the steps mentioned but it still hasn't changed the outcome 😥

you could try 2 more steps -

1- uninstall the app and re-install
2- go to settings - in the top of the screen you should see a search box ... type in special access it should be the first on the list. Once opened select battery optimise. Next use the drop down and select all. find Spotify and back sure the slider next to is is grey.

Probably some hardware issue, maybe there's a loose connection or circuit in that area that is being shorted when you apply pressure in the right way. Bring it to a repair shop.

Btw this phone is pretty new I bought it like a week ago.

Quick update : it  works when i start playing a song and the plug my earphones in.

Silly question, have you tried another set of earphones? Probably a hw issue with the port or phones themselves.

that same stuff is happend with me at the same device, did you find something to solve it?
