Hi
The sensitivity of my microphones on my A34
Has lowered conciderably, they only pick up local sounds now. This affects voice recorder
And video recordings. I have backed up and factory reset my phone, left it switched off over night, i even contacted Samsung but all i got was there usual "You bought it off Amazon, we cannot help you" reply. Has anybody got any other ideas? Any help would be appreciated
Thank you.

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!
I would buy an air canister and some cleaning wipes (alcohol) to see if the reason is due to debris.
I don't quite understand what you mean they're refusing due to it being bought on Amazon? Legally, your item has a warranty from someone. Was it refurbished or brand new? Your consumer rights apply, and you have a warranty regardless of where you bought it. Reach out to Amazon and see if they can help. I'm saying all of this assuming it's been less than a year. If not, I'd suggest paying for a repair.

I have blown it with an air canister, no difference. It is over a year old by 2 months, and the Amazon seller no longer sells on Amazon. The Samsung guy also said something else disturbing. Because the phone was not manufactured in the uk, they cannot give me a repair order number. Samsung do not manufacture phones in the uk.

Anything over a year old would be a paid repair, regardless.
Contact Samsung to book a paid repair. They should only need the serial number/IMEI, which can be found in settings. If required, your proof of purchase is on the invoice from your original purchase. I would never buy anything unless it was sold by an official retailer, Samsung, or it says "sold and dispatched by Amazon." Otherwise, you could be scammed or given an out-of-region item.
You could also look into consumer rights.
