Have you tried updating the device witch Smart Switch?
To do so, you have to download the programme to your PC and connect your smartphone with the USB cable:
https://www.samsung.com/it/support/switching/
However, I have sent you a private message with a request for the imei code of the device so that you can carry out further verifications.
