Snapchat app

So i have the galaxy A71 for 2 weeks. I've noticed when I take snapchats not selfies they come out blurred.  I have contacted my provider and also gone through troubleshooting on snapchat which said to contact manufacturers they are too busy so brought me here. I hope someone can help. I have uninstalled the tap turned the phone on and reinstalled I have also tried taking pictures with Wifi and and off nothing makes a difference. It's very frustrating

try to wipe clean the camera before taking a photo

try to tap the image on the screen before taking a photo (if will focus)

if persists, send feedback to both Samsung and Snapchat software developers team, this might be fixed by a patch 

for Samsung, head to Samsung Members app > tap the (+) sign > tap send error report > application 

for Snapchat > tap Settings > send feedback/report

Hi thanks for replying. I have cleaned the lens and tapped on the screen. It cant be the lens as when I use ordinary camera photos are fine. I have contacted both snapchat and Samsung but will try the links you've sent me. Thank you
