Smartview on A03s not avaliable?

Does anyway know why Smartview is not Avaliable for the new A03s phone?

@JJJMMM Hello, if the application is not pre-installed, it is not compatible, at least for the moment.It has to be present in the quick panel, or look for it in applications. Greetings.

Support for Smart View ended some time ago. You need to use Smart Things
