since update, cant find split screen option

Since the update, iv not been able to do split screen,  cant fi d the option anymore and when I try to do it from my recent, like how I used to, it doesn't do anything, no option, no nothing...any ideas?

@Tracy3103: if you tap the Recent Apps button on your navigation bar > Press and hold on the app icon above the preview window for that app > Open in split screen view. Now, open another app and this will automatically open in split screen. I hope this helps.

yes, thats how i used to do it, but now, doing rhos doesn't even bring up any options to tap on

Which update did you perform ?

I recently updated my N20 Ultra to the November update and split screen is still available. 

 

Have you tried clearing the phone's system files cache by turning the phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's system files.

Remember not all apps allow split screen.
