Claiming galaxy buds+ for A31

I bought a A31 today and there is a promotion on getting free buds+ with it. I can't find the buds banner on my members app anywhere. Please advise. Promotion ends at the end of the month.

hello, i am currently experiencing the same problem. I just bought galaxy s10 with the promotion of recieving a samsung watch for free, but dont know how to claim it.
