Hi since my husband done an update his txt messages dont go off or show up it's annoying his missing messages how can we get it back

@Louabell: If you open the Messages app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Notifications, make sure this is toggled on, and check that your General Notifications and New Messages are set to 'Sound and Pop Up'.

Okay, are you using the embedded Messages app that came with the phone or a third party one? Can you also do a Soft Reset of the phone? Press and hold the Volume Down as well as the Power buttons for 10 seconds.

Tried that still not working
