Ive just had a new A71, ive set up my Hotmail no problem but I can't seem to set my by Internet email. I've checked the settings and they are all fine. Please help

The phones email set up wizard should help to an extent @dottydawn 

 

If the email type isn't showing then choose the Other option and fill in your email credentials.

ive tried them all to set it up manually on all options but doesn't accept it. 🤔

That's a conundrum.

 

I use btinternet.com style email on my Samsung phone and it works.

 

Perhaps double check your password etc.
