Set up A16 help!

I'm in my late 60s and having worst experience in setting up my new A16 mobile like my previous A42 and A33.
Pity cos I've always sworn by Samsungs,just that now I have blood cancer and lost sight in my left eye cos of it.

Having my dad and brother fighting cancer at the moment. I can only imagine the incredible time your experiencing.
I hope all eventually turns out positive for you.
Regarding your reply. It would be best to do your own post with as much detail about the issues you are experiencing with your phone

I'm so sorry to hear that your dad and brother are battling too. My mam and Aunt had cancer at the same time too.
