Hello Samsung Community,

I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy A26 to the May 2025 software patch and unfortunately, I am still experiencing some significant issues. Despite the update, the following issues remain unresolved:

Creating PDF with multiple images: When attempting to create a PDF with around 16-24-... images or more, the app crashes. The system continues to show a loading animation, but eventually crashes. When closing the app, I experience additional issues, such as the system crashing, with "Screen Recorder" hanging, some settings becoming unresponsive, and apps failing to launch (including Samsung's default apps). This happens despite the RAM and storage being fine and the CPU temperature being normal. (One UI version is very smooth and lag-free)

Touchscreen issues: After restarting the device, the touchscreen becomes unresponsive and behaves erratically for a short time, touch is chaotic. The device becomes uncomfortably hot after restarting and the touchscreen issues persist. (originating from the previous PDF bug)

Accessibility Menu Bug: When taking screenshots while playing a game in landscape mode using the accessibility menu, the touchscreen becomes unresponsive.

Wallpaper Bug: When rotating the screen 180°, the wallpaper appears upside down with a blur effect. By rotating the screen until the navigation bar moves to the top and then back to the original position... (I don't remember)

Selfie camera performance: The selfie camera gets stuck at 9MP in bright light, affecting the photo quality and quite annoying, in any case.

Charging issues: Sometimes the phone doesn't recognize the charger during the first few connection attempts. This issue persists since the software update.

Despite rebooting and wiping the cache partition, the issue persists. I have also checked for any additional updates, but so far none have been released to address these issues.

Has anyone experienced similar issues after the May 2025 update on their Samsung Galaxy A26? If so, how did you resolve it or is there any known solution from Samsung regarding these persistent bugs? without resetting the software. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to proceed.

Thank you!
