Secure folder on Samsung A14

I've upgraded to A14 but secure folder has not transferred across. I've reinstalled the app but it will not open. Does it not work on A14? #securefolder #A14

What does the information say when you went to install the app, it normally tells what requirements you need to run the app. Some phones might not be compatible.

Just checked the wording, there's nothing to suggest the phone is not compatible
