I bought a Galaxy A10 mob last summer and since then have failed to take a screen shot. I've followed the guidance and pressed volume down concurrently with the on/off button, but nothing happens. Any guidance please? Cheers  Mike.

make sure you only tap both at the same time dont hold them if that helps
