@Taypearl: Further to the advice offered by @ryukariotu please head to Settings > Advanced Features > Motions and Gestures > Palm Swipe To Capture, and toggle this feature on.

@Taypearl Have you checked in the Settings-Advanced features>Motions and Gestures > Palm Swipe To Capture?
The information I have found is that swipe to Feature should be available on A21 as long as you have Android 10 One UI 2.0
