Screen recording featue on galaxy A21s

After android 11 update, which supposed to include the built-in screen recorder, I couldn't find the screen recording feature on my A21s device. So why couldn't Samsung add it in the next update?

Isn't it in the quick toggle settings?

It's not included on one UI core, and the A21s runs that. Samsung is probably never gonna bring this, so your better off using a 3rd party solution
