Galaxy A SeriesHello, I am posting here today because I am worried about my phone's health.
I have had my Samsung A50 for just under a year now, and about two weeks ago while camping i was using my flashlight to look at something in the night. When I went to turn it off, the screen was suddenly stuck on solid black with nothing but the Samsung name across it. It's like when you start up your phone, but it lasted for what seemed like 5-10 minutes. I just had to leave it there, flashlight still on and everything. It hadnt done this again until last night while I was gaming. I went to check my phone (I hadnt used it in a bit) and it was once again stuck on that odd screen. I left it alone and eventually it went fully black like it had powered off, and i turned it on. I tried to shrug it off but it acted up again while I was in the middle of writing an important email. Any thoughts on what to do?

Galaxy A SeriesCan you put the phone in Safe Mode which disables downloaded apps but leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens @bandithoe
Try a factory reset after backing up and removing any relevant Sd card and if this does not help then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can.
