Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy A40 which I bought in 2019. When I make calls the screen goes black during the call so if I need to input information using the keypad I can’t. My phone does not have Smart Stay nor does it have the option in call settings to enable or disable Turn off screen during calls. Nor can I find any way to disable the proximity sensor as I can’t find it is settings It is not always convenient or appropriate to use the speak phone option. Can anyone tell me how to either stop the screen turning off during phone calls or how I wake up the screen during a call if I need to. Thanks
