Screen capture issue

Sometimes when I try to take a screenshot there the on screen effect of a screenshot will play, but then it would display an error saying that "Samsung capture has stopped working" and will put this image in my gallery, taking a screenshot after this it works as it should do.

This does sound like a glitch to me.

Which method are you using to take a screenshot  i.e holding the volume down and power button ?

Yeah I always press down the power and volume down button when taking a screenshot
