Hello, this is my Galaxy A53, One Ui 6, can you tell me what the problem is, the screen has a gray background, I noticed that there is a frozen image, or it's burned, who can explain, I also have a Galaxy S23, but I don't notice anything like this on the screen

Screen burn will happen when whatever is displayed, is the frequently and for prolonged periods. Something like delivery drivers using maps.
Once this happens, it's unfortunately a new screen needed
If something is on the screen for a temporarily long period of time, it can stay there for a short time afterwards. But normally dissappear eventually.
