Would you choose a Samsung phone or a Google pixel phone? The pixel was good but it got stolen so I'm back to my Samsung A series as a back up. My Samsung stopped working just few days after getting it which stressed up me out and I was really disappointed 😞

I always goes with samsung, yea I tested pixel phones too, but samsung got you covered in every area. I am using my A series for i think almost 3 years now. Just fabulous. Pixel suddenly stopped it's cameras and battery drains like hell. Have you tried samsung service center with the warranty???

Pixel phones are promising but their customer service is beyond TERRIBLE! SHAMEFUL! If they don't like you of they don't feel like helping then they will just hang up the phone on you! I felt bad after spending that much on my Pixel to have such rubbish customer service 😑. I have used Samsung for a long time a& I got fed up because it lacked durability. But I suppose I only just found out about this Samsung community which pixel has also but it's not in a personalised app like this. Pixel is durable & excellent sound system but Google has A Long way to go towards establishing an EFFICIENT PHONE COMPANY

Samsung has fixed my phone at one of the Samsung store. It was faulty internally & now repaired. The theif made it away with my Pixel 8 Pro though.

I have to say, pixels have 1 feature I wish Samsung phones had. You can track a pixel phone that's fully powered off and out of battery. They enable a built in "smart tag/air tag". Other than that, I go Samsung. They usually perform better too, since Google use their own in house chips. Samsung (now) uses snapdragon

Samsung, no other. Good internal memory storage, unlike Google, S Pen, I know other people don't like it comes it alot of pre-installed apps, but it saves so much time from having to install your apps anyway, Microsoft integration, great camera, I know this is user specific, but I love my Samsung phone camera ❤, sturdy phone, at least all mine were very sturdy 👍, I'd still chose Samsung phone for what it has to offer.

@vickyblooms

I am sorry you had bad luck with your phones, I hope it goes better for you from now on.❤

I have always stuck with Samsung, I have tried pixel but I just find it underwhelming. So I would say Samsung

I've had many Samsung devices over the years and just the one Pixel (6 Pro) which was good and the cameras decent.

Samsung though have a better overall eco system but also have awful customer service.

I found Google customer service pretty good to be fair.

Hi @vickyblooms

Unfortunately Tech can and will fail sometimes.

I'd suggest to look at both phone's spec's and the ecosystem ,and then look at YouTube reviews.

Finally if possible visit a Samsung Experience Store and Network Highstreet Store to have hands on to help make your choice.

I'm a Samsung Knight 😎 and as long as Samsung continue to push out phone's made with exceptional hardware and software ,along with true innovation I'll remain as so.

️ Enjoy your journey

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

It's not really the right place to ask. Most people on hear are going to say Samsung. Much the same as if you asked the question in a Google pixel group on Facebook they'd nearly all say Google. As someone else said check out some YouTube reviews. I usually check reviews by tech spurt as there very down to earth. If you like the stipped back android experience then Googles the way to go but you'll miss things like a dedicated gallery app, more featured files app, expert raw and galaxy enhance to name a few. You'll also miss out on all the customisation you get with Good Lock. Pixel phones take great photos but if you're used to Samsung then they look a bit dull in comparison.
