I did a hard reset on my Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017). After doing it, I have no available language on Samsung Keyboard other than the preloaded ones (that is, Italian and English). I did "check for updates", I cleared all the data from the settings, cleared the cache, force stopped. Nothing happened. It says the latest version of the keyboard is installed (3.0.24.99). I didn't have this problem before the hard reset, all the languages were there. Now none.
