Samsung Galaxy A53 5G region locked

Hello there

I have a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G dual SIM and am travelling around. I‘m based in Switzerland but am right now visiting in the United States.

Since the phone supports a dual SIM, I bought a local SIM to get mobile data. Installing the SIM, the provider told me, my phone is not fully unlocked yet.

How can I contact Samsung support or region unlock my phone?

Btw: my main SIM is currently neither available.

Contact your service provider about getting it unlocked as I'm pretty sure samsung don't lock mobile networks. although I could be wrong. did you buy from A mobile company like EE?

Thanks for your input but unfortunately this won‘t help. The phone was bought independently (not from a provider). I know it is region locked. So I need Samsung to unlock it.
