Samsung Galaxy A50 Low Earpiece volume

My Samsung Galaxy A50 has Low Earpiece volume, especially outdoors.  there is nothing blocking the earpiece. Do I need to clean or replace the earpiece?

If turning up the volume while in a call isn't helping or while listening to music or dialogue then check your speaks via the following methods please @ndb777 

• There is a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App.
• Or open your phone app and in the dialer pad key in *#0*# which brings up a number of tests.
• Check your speakers and all your other ports for debris using a torch.

If this doesn't help then let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre have hands on.
