Samsung galaxy A30 not charging & can't on

My A30 not charging with fast charging since few months. but it charged with other chargers (Normal) & USB. Yesterday battery was low & phone went off. Now, it not showing charging when connect to charger & USB. Can't on my device too. Please anyone advice me how to solve this issue.

Can you use a torch to see if there's any debris in the charging port that maybe hindering it @Niroshwms 

 

The usual troubleshooting tips are to try different charging cables and charging bricks which i see you have already.

 

You could try........

 

1. Samsung-galaxy-a30 > softreset 

 

2. Samsung-galaxy-a30 > Hard Reset.  Please be aware a Hard Reset can also delete your stored information.

 

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre should be able to help as long as the phone has no water damage or the phone hasn't had an accidental bump.

Thanks for your tips. Charging port is clear. I feel that my battery is dead. I tried with different chargers & cables. Cant on my phone for reset or reboot. Any solution for this issue....?
