Hi there

I purchased a Red A21s & Black A21s..you'd expect they were to be identical but one of them has a couple of apps pre-installed that the other one doesn't. WHY?  In particular Netflix ~ Version 1.0 & Finder ~ Version 9.5.28..is this kosher software?

Also, on pull down quick access one is showing wi-fi calling where the other one doesn't. WHY?

Lastly, after the model number there is /DSN. 

Can you explain where these 2 phones were made. 

A21s Red (SM-A217FZRNSKZ).

A21s Black (A217FZXNSKZ).

Netflix you should be able to uninstall. As for WiFi calling, your network provider needs to support it. Maybe the network has to do something to activated their end on one of the devices.
