I'm sorry to hear your experiencing issues with the phone.
Unfortunately most phone's no longer come supplied with a charging brick. Only a data cable that doubles up as a charging cord.
A person needs to use a compatible one either purchased or use one they already have that's compatible.
If you have a charging brick and cable > Can you check another charging brick and cable with your phone to see if that charges your phone.
Maybe test your current charging brick and cable with another phone.
You can run the diagnostic tool in your Battery and Device Care Section.
Check there's no debris in the phone's charging port with a torch.
In regards to the phone running slow please can you look at the following.
