Samsung Galaxy A13 VoLTE Function not working

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has a similar problem as I have regarding the Samsung Galaxy A13's VoLTE options. I moved to a Town nearby Bristol about a year ago now from Cornwall ( Where there was nearly full signal on BT). Since the signal coverage by my BT SIM Card was awful, we switched to Lebara Mobile (Piggybanks off Vodafone's network). Still the signal was awful but it was at least better than no signal. However, as I did this, my network provider somehow switched off VoLTE options entirely on my phone, so even when I go to an area with full 4G Signal, it still isn't there. I got Lebara to try to help me and they said all of their plans offer LTE and 5G. I tried a number of solutions with them and it did nothing. Does anyone think I should ask them for a new SIM card on the same plan and transfer my number to it?

Hey there

Vodafone doesn't show Volte on your device, it simply happens in the background so if you have 4g/LTE signal your calls will connect through 4g.

You mentioned BT earlier, they do show it.
