Samsung galaxy A13 phone. UPDATE

I have a samsung galaxy A13 and i recently updated the software a few weeks ago in January 2025 and the security patch is 1st November 2024, i have not been using the phone for the Internet or to make calls and text messages.

I put my sim card into the phone today and have been trying to update some of the 17 apps available for update but non of the apps will update, i have cleared the cache partition and deleted some apps and nothing will work, non of the apps will update, i have never had this problem before, does anyone know why ?

I did a factory reset on my galaxy A13 and it now works perfectly 👌

@lminvti i tried everything including the link you provided and followed the instructions and it did not work for me, my apps will still not update

Could you provide screenshot of what error you getting while trying update apps please?

You can also try settings > apps > Google play store > storage > clear cache and data

Also you can try settings > general management > reset > reset all settings

There are no up to date emails from January 2025, they have stopped

From the screenshot it shows pending and it looks like apps downloading

They are not downloading, i can leave them for half an hour and they still don't update and i am not receiving any new emails from my Gmail account

Have you checked if you phones storage if full? Or if your Googles account storage reached 15gb limit so that's why you don't receive emails? As usually it's 15gb free Google storage option is free but if you reach the limit you won't be able to back up or receive emails from Gmail.

Can you not connect to WiFi?
