I am receiving emails saying my Samsung cloud will be deleted next month as I haven't used it for some time. I don't understand this because I regularly back up my galaxy phone to the Samsung Cloud. So can anyone assist me with this, please?

I would reach out to samsung support directly and see if they can assist/ give the reason for this email. If youre using your account I woudnt say it will get deleted- but its better to be safe than sorry
