Updates can be sometimes a bit slower if a phone has been imported @azzmanfromcov
Was the phone bought directly from another country's Samsung shop or from a Samsung reseller or from a Network and then unlocked to all network's ?
You could try Samsung Smartswitch to see if their are any updates that way.
Also look in Settings. Biometrics and Security. Tap on Security Update.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre maybe able to help.
