I've had this phone for around 2 years give or take, but now even if my phone on charge but when it's at low battery or low charge my phone will on its on turn on and off and I don't understand what's going on, has anyone else had the same problem or know what going on.

Could be a bad battery. Perform a diagnostic on it via the support tab in the members app.

Yeah it says normal

Slightly diminished but shouldn't affect operation so that's good. If it said 'weak' then that would be a problem.
Can you boot to safe mode and see if the problem still exists.
Long press power button, long press power off icon. Tap safe mode icon. Phone will boot into safe mode. Monitor for behaviour and report back here.

I reset it into safe mode and it did the exactly the same thing a few times managed to turn the WiFi back on and it continued to do it I've had to wait for my phone to be on for a little while before I could come back onto it, I'm so confused 😕
