Samsung A50 microphone not working after latest update

So everything was working fine till the update I updated the phone and then when someone called sometimes the mic wasn't working still it kind of worked then few days later the microphone just stopped now I think its not hardware cause when I plug in headphones their mic don't work also so i think it software issue if you know anything how to fix this please answer below

Please consider going over to your dial pad and type in *#0*#, this will bring up a number of tests to try.

If they don't help then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.

It's a little different for the microphone.

You'd need to dial *#0283#, then select “Start: RCV_1stMic”, speak into your phone like you’re on a call, can you hear yourself talk? Once you’ve done that select “Start: SPK_2ndMic”, talk into your phone like you’re talking to someone on speaker phone, can you hear the playback? Let us know how you get on.

I tried it and I didn't get any playback I tried it with first option and the second it didn't work also I tried insert earphone one and that one also didn't work. Is there any other info I can give u?

As it has failed the Hardware Test, you'd need to get this inspected by one of our engineers. If you get in touch with our Social Media teams or call through to 0333 000 0333, they'll be able to go through your repair options.

So I said to my father that I posted this post and he said if I don't find a way to fix it, tomorrow he will take it for repair. Thank you for your help

Hi, my microphone isn't working either. I called the number and did the test, I could hear myself everytime, but when I needed my microphone for different apps no one, including myself, can't hear me.

Here we are in 2023 and I had a problem with the microphone not working which went away after running these tests. Thanks
